This hotel really works. The staff are invariably friendly and charming. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with great marble bathrooms and fantastic water pressure. We stayed three nights in this hotel, ideally located off Avenida Paulista. The first impression was not perfect, the porter watching us carrying our suitcases up the stairs, a room next to the elevator... But it turned out to be an excellent choice, the service was very good, the beds extremely comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.
