Been here for two nights for business purposes. The hotel has a convenient location to my office. Crew is helpful and kind. Room clean and large enough. Comfortable bed. Very important stuff if you're business traveling. Breakfast is quite complete with fruits, natural juices and great coffee available. I've been searching the area and it seems to be the best... I use this hotel while in business in Sao Paulo. Its small, clean, friendly service, good food, no fuzz. Very near the metro station. Good value for the price. I've been going to this hotel for the last 3years, and I see the same friendly faces. Its nice to go to a hotel where they greet you with your name.

The hotel is ok, but it´s far from the most important locations at Avenida Paulista. Specially if you consider São Paulo´s well known bad traffic. I´ve been in the hotel for two mornings, and in both of them, traffic demanded at least 25 minutes to reach FIESP´s building. And with the rain on the second day, almost 40 minutes. The... More

Good hotel with a very friendly staff. They happily coordinated taxis, alarm clocks and provided a fast room service. The room was big, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was precise with fruits, cereals, ham & eggs, different kinds of bread and local pastry. The only con was a little bit of humidity in the ceiling outside the bathroom.

Clean and nice hotel with a polite staff. Breakfast area a little small and with regular food. Localization is near Congonhas Airport (about 10 or 20 minutes, depending on traffic) and very near Paulista Avenue. Also near a subway station. This hotel is a little expensive, but the others in the same area are more. Recommend.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The room was big and well decorated. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was fine. The only thing that I couldn't understand is that the apart rooms had a kitchen but no kettle, coffe or tea... no plates, etc..

Large room, a good place to work, quality bed and pillow, good hot shower, nearly a second home. Breakfast was exactly what I was expecting, good selection of fruits and fresh juices. The TV signal wasn't all that good.

Stayed here during the World Cup 2014. We had a room with 2 twin beds. The room was very large with a separate seating area (couch) and a desk, kitchen table and a mini-bar. The bathrooms were clean, and the beds were small but adequate. The best thing about this was the great customer service at the front desk. Everyone... More

We stayed in the hotel for nearly 2 months. It became 'home away from home'. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The restaurant is good. However, what makes this hotel and the restaurant really special is the staff. They are not only very professional but also kind and caring.

It is conveniently located, close to subway station Paraiso and Avenida Paulista. The room is spacious, but not well planned, so wardrobe is difficult to reach, there is a sink and a fridge but no microwave or other facilities. They keep toiletries (soap, shampoo) at minimum and low quality and they match the 1990's-style bathroom. Electric plugs are old (reception... More
