Stayed here for four nights on a business trip to Sao Paulo. Room was clean and tidy with desk for working with. Shower was very powerful and just what was needed after a long flight from Dubai, breakfast was suffuce and ate in the restaurant on the first evening which was all right without being anything great. Staff were very... More

Located in a very pleasant neiborhood of São Paulo, this hotel e a value for money. The rooms have a good size and are very clean. The breakfast is good, but could be better considering the brazilian tradition for this meal in hotels. They don't offer o good Wi-Fi connection, in fact the free one I was not able to... More

Having stayed here in August 2010 I felt quite comfortable booking for a repeat visit. I was travelling on business with a colleague and needed somewhere central as a base. I was incredibly disappointed at how things can go downhill quite so quickly. The rooms were very shabby with peeling paint, filthy carpets and chairs that seems to have had... More

This was our second stay at the Tulip Interative and will definitely be our last. The staff were rude and unhelpful, recommending a Sao Paulo equivalent of Pizza Hut as a good place to have a nice meal. The rooms look OK on first sight but, when you look more closely, the carpets are filthy, the painwork is marked, and... More

By far the worst service I have ever received at a hotel, the staff were very rude and inconsiderate. We did not get the room that we had booked but had to settle for another, poorer quality room. The staff did not speak English well so communications was a problem. Once we got to our room there were no towels.... More

I stayed in this hotel for the Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix. The carpet of my hotel's room was dirty and full of dust and dark circles. The air conditioner does not work properly and caused me asthma. The shower was a complete disaster with limus, fungus and musty smell. The hotel charged 100% of your stay to the credit... More

Tulip Inn is located about 5 min walk from Paulista. Around the hotel there are a few Italian restarunts, some of them actually have a quite tasty food. There is no ATM in or near the hotel. The room wasn't cleaned well when I arrived, it was quite damaged anyway. When we paid by credit card, we wanted to get... More

After calling from the UK I was told there were 21 double rooms available at $125 per night for my two night stay. When I arrived at the hotel I was told they only had twin rooms for just the one night at $200. I left the hotel and checked the online booking system. There were double rooms for the... More

We stayed one night, arriving in Sao Paulo late and due to leave early the next morning, and booked via a discount late bookings website which made it good value. The room was tired and uninspiring but it did have a good size wardrobe (not that we used it), a kitchenette, a/c and clean ensuite. Breakfast the next morning was... More

Was hesitant booking this room since it didn't have a lot of reviews - but was pleasantly surprised. The area (Jardins Paulista) is very safe even at night - although i don't recommend going for a walk in SP when it's dark out. It is located next to a cute little grocery store and next to an AMAZING bakery where... More
