Again we came on new year's eve and again we loved it! Service was a bit overwhelmed this time but the city view during fireworks from our room was lovely! We love this hotel as we got married there last year but we keep on coming back as it never fails us!

It should be a great hotel, Renaissance is usually a great chain. This one lets the side down a little. The lifts/elevators are a nightmare, so slow to arrive, on Saturday night there were 3 out of 5 working, over 10 minutes was not an unusual wait. Breakfast is a bit uninspiring too, not bad just below par.

I have stayed many times over the past five years at this hotel, and while it's very large, my Marriott Gold status always gets me lounge access and very personal treatment. I very much appreciate that I'm almost always upgraded and that the lounge staff remembers my name and previous stays. The rooms are airy, the design is elegant and... More

Having stayed in this hotel for a week while in Sao Paulo I must say the staff we some of the best I have experienced. They really made the stay incredibly comfortable. On top of this the hotel was of a very high standard with the rooms comfortable and well maintained.

Second time here and it keeps getting better! Phenomenal staff, very friendly, very helpful! Beautiful rooms, especially if you're on a high enough floor for the view. They are nicely appointed and comfortable. A wonderful international breakfast buffet. But, the sushi bar in the lobby, yes in the lobby is a MUST try! One of the best I've been to... More

Rooms are well laid out and very comfortable. Amenities could be improved although they are adequate. Breakfast buffet in the hotel is excellent and there must be twenty great restaurants within a few blocks. Wifi was included in my room due to being a silver member. Location is excellent, being just one block off the Main Street - Paulista Ave.-... More

Friendly staff in the hotel. It is so nice to come back to the same hotel. Andrea arranged everything beforehand so that everything went so smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay once again. For sure we stay in this hotel when we come back to Sao Paulo. Hotel location is really good. Just easy to take a bus or metro... More

Business travel can be boring and lonely at times but some people make a difference. I would like to thank Kelly,Tracy, Fabiana, William, Aline, and Douglas for making a difference, they were all friendly, professional and a credit to the hotel......as an actor once said, " I 'ILL BE BACK!"

This hotel is absolutely awesome. I stayed here for 12 days which is a very long time. The staff are very helpful, the rooms fresh and clean. The breakfast buffet is simply fantastic with everything you can think of. Do ask for the Acai berry juice/smoothie, its incredible. The ambience overall is very relaxing, the Lounge and reception area are... More

Wonderful stay. Gym is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are big for a city hotel. Breakfast is plentiful. Location is between paulista and Oscjar Freire in the jardins. No complaints! There is nothing they could have done better. But being a city hotel, the pool is kind of small. Definitely a winner!

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
