The BossHouse Bed & Breakfast gave my husband and I our first impression of Brazil, and we enjoyed our stay. My wife and I recently spent 2 nights in Bosshouse and could not be more pleased. The location is in a safe neighbourhood close to Paulista and Angelica streets which both have metro access. Our suite was separate entry and we felt that we had our own house for our short trip. Our hostess was more than accomodating: supplying maps,... More

Very private, clean and complete. The only drawback was no air conditioning, but we slept fine anyway (we weren't expecting AC, but nor had we really grasped how humid Sao Paulo is in February). We had a large room (as in the photos on the website) in a building detached from the main house with a well equipped (ie including... More

Thank you for this great review! I'm sorry about the air-conditioner, I thought it was clear to understand. Now there is a notice on the website. Unfortunately, the day that you were here was the hottest day since 2008. But anyway the room is very fresh and there is a ventilator. You are always welcome, I hope to see you... More

See the room picture? Its real. The price is fair and the place is comfortable and very clean. The owners are friendly and experienced travelers themselves, which helped me feel at home. Well, that’s the point, Boss House is a house at a quiet and upscale neighborhood. A nice place for a small family or someone who wants privacy and... More

I agree with the other reviewers that recommend this place for the neighborhood, Milena's advice and support, the breakfast and would like to add that the WiFi works wonderfully, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a water filter so you don't need to buy bottled water. Excellent place! The only thing I missed was a place to enjoy... More

My sister and I stayed here for two nights this past October and can't say enough about the place and care we received. Milena and her brother were kind enough to bring an extra mattress and bedding in for me, free of charge, so my sister and I wouldn't have to share the double bed. Milena was also helpful with... Boss House is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, just minutes from the busy areas and shopping streets. Only a 15 minute walk to the subway. The neighbourhood has many nice bakeries and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Melena (the owner) is extremely friendly and helpful. She speaks excellent English, and has gone on some amazing travels herself - ask... More

I usually stay in hotels when in Sao Paulo, but after staying at BossHouse I would definitely switch to B&Bs or self-contained apartments. It is cheaper, and also better - especially if you are staying in the city for a while. Guests at BossHouse stay in a studio apartment, which is in a separate building at the rear of the... More
