I spent 2 nights at Vila Madalena Hostel and I have nothing but good comments about this place. The rooms and bathrooms are really clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere of the hostel is awesome. I recommend this place to every backpacker ! Very good price/quality ratio.

Bad !!! i was in this hostel in sao paulo per 1 day and the guy who clean the room stole US$ 100 from my pants when i was in the bathroom taking a shower and the boss did not give the money about it. Very bad and it´s very simple and it´s not modern.
