It was my boyfriend's first time in this hotel and he loved it. The service is amazing, breakfast is still the same since ever but I have nothing to complain about it because I feel very satisfied (he did too!) and people are always helpful. Great place to stay - it feels like home.

I stayed at the hotel for about 2 weeks with my husband and two young kids. The hotel was clean, safe, comfortable and employees extremelly helpful and friendly. This is not a 4 star property, but if you are on a budget and looking for a way to enjoy your stay and still experience Sao Paulo I would highly recommend... More

This is a great hotel for those who are on budget since breakfast is included. The room is simple, but clean. One of the best features of the hotel is the room’s floor, which has wood floor instead of carpet since I’m easily allergic, plus I personally think that wood floors are cleaner than carpet. The hotel has great location,... More

I found out about the hotel through a guide book. My first thoughts about the hotel was really good, because the staff really made feel at home. When I staying there, I was able to see that one of the floors, was going through a remodel and I was able to see that the hotel, is always keeping up with... More

Going to a country that you are not familiar with, I felt every bit safe there. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. I felt like home. I would definetely recomend this property for those looking for budget hotels.
