We stayed in a 2 bedroom room with a small kitchen and a small living room. The room was simple but it was clean and spacious. Along with the spacious balcony, it gave the hotel an home-like feel to it. Like previous reviews before me, the staff spoke no English but were very nice and attentive. I pretty much just... More

I booked the hotel via Booking. The price was fair, the location of the hotel is very close to the metro station and the Airport Bus Service stop. Rooms are clean and spacious and they looks like small flats. They have a small sitting room with TV, bathroom and bedroom. There is no TV on the bedroom... just in case... More

Matriz Manhattan is close to São Paulo's ritziest shopping district as well as many restaurants & cafés. While there is a taxi stand nearby, it is a short walk to the art museum, business area, open air markets, subways & a lovely park. The 1 bedroom suite includes a balcony, kitchenette, sitting area, dining table, roomy closet/dressing area & a... More

after 1 year I've been back to this hotel. Big rooms, clean, comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The swimming pool now is open. Excellent position near Paulista avenue, but in a quiet location. 1 drop point because the staff doesn't speak English at all.

This is quite a good hotel and the location is excellent, just a few blocks from the Underground. There is also a good bookstore in the nearby shopping centre (I’m afraid that I’ve forgotten the name…). We had a small flat with two bedrooms, sitting room and with “kitchenette”, bathroom etc. Plenty of space and no charm. There is a... More

Stayed there by invitation from a friend for a long weekend stay. I quite liked the hotel. It's not a top luxury property, but for a good mid level stay it's perfectly adequate. The rooms are laid out as small apartments with separate living/dining room with open kitchen, bedroom and walk-in closet, plus bathroom, of course. Everything was in good... More

I was not impressed by this hotel. The rooms are of a decent size, comprising of a bedroom, walk-in closet, kitchen/living room and bathroom, however they desperately need refurbishing: dirty paintwork, mould on the ceiling and questionable housekeeping. The décor is also quite outdated and depressing. Wireless internet is included in the room rate, but the signal is very weak... More

Very conveniently located close to Avenida Paulista and its metro station, Jardins, and rua Oscar Freire for chic shopping. There is also a supermarket closeby. Nice neighborhood. The rooms (actually some kind of appartments, with microwave, fridge and sink - not really needed to us) are big, well decorated and clean. Nice swimming pool at the top of the building.... More

I've been here for a work trip. The hotel is in a very good location, not confused, and they allow me early check in and late check out. Rooms are big and clean. Few drop-points: TV doesn't work, receptionists speak Portuguese only, with really few words of English, and the house keeper toke some clothes from the sofa... they said... More

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
