Located very close to Paulista Avenue, which is the main business centre, also there are various good restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast is really good and they have good spread. The rooms are spacious and clean, the only negative point is the noise level in the room is slightly on the higher side since its located on a busy... More

I've recently returned from Sao Paulo having travelled there for business. This hotel was chosen because it was close to the premises I was working in and avoided the necessity of driving in the traffic chaos of Sao Paulo. I wouldn't have chosen the hotel had it not been for this. Why? Rooms in the hotel are a little tired... More

An unpleasant incident happened at the hotel became, in fact, the main positive feature. I explain. My suitcase was lost inside the hotel. A serious incident. I was with nothing but my work material. Without clothes, shoes, nothing. The next day, the hotel provided all that was lost. They did not question anything at all, relying on what I said... More

It's strange when you have both night life and day sight seeing at the same spot. For gay travellers this is a must! In the very Frei Caneca gaybourhood, this hotel is a very affordable option. They have this very Sao Paulo system as "private appartment" but as a fact is a hotel with a 24 hours desk.

Service is really excellent, the food was delicious and great, The service from the Front Desk was spectacular. The rooms were amazing but the new built were much better and clean. The localization was really good,. close to great bars and shops. The only thing they should Improve is the painting stinks on the walls

I booked a suite believing the description and pictures on their website. This was supposed to be their best guest room.To my surprise, the room was very different than the website pictures. I have never seen anything so strange. A separate room with a sofa and a work desk. A big empty space in the main room and a TV... More

My 3rd trip to Sao Paulo, this time for 18 days. The hotel and surrounding went through renovations from 9 a.m till 18:00 p.m including saturdays, which made it impossible to sleep in the mornings. The hotel did not bother mentioning it in their website. Room was never really cleaned, only once on Saturday. Staff is ok, food is good,... More

I stayed in the hotel during a business trip in São Paulo and it was quite convenient. The rooms are ample and clean and the breakfast was good. Basic wifi (slow) is complimentary, if you pay 20 reals per day speed considerably increases. The hotel is located at walking distance to Avenida Paulista and there are several dining options in... The hotel is located just one block from Paulista Av. and Consolação Subway station. The staff is ok, could be more dedicated. The neighborhood is quite noise, even if you get the highest floor possible, depending which side you are, will be noise. But it is affordable. The provide you a nice breakfast. They are in process to update their... More

Staying in Consolacao

Neighborhood Profile
Consolação lies between the old historical center of the city and busy Paulista Avenue. It’s surrounded by the fancy Higienópolis neighborhood, which makes it a very diverse place. The nightlife along Augusta Street offers visitors a variety of options to dine, dance and be entertained. Roosevelt Square, Consolação's main meeting point, is surrounded by fringe theaters and has become a popular skateboarding area. Right across the street from the square is the elevated highway known as “Minhocão.” Though it is busy with car traffic all week, it shuts down every weekend and becomes a leisure spot right in the middle of the city.
