Hi, I usually dont bother to comment on the site but I would like to recommend this hotel if you have not made your mind yet. Everybody says the location is very good and it was really true. If you walk outside of the hotel, you will see the avanue of Calros Antonio which area has many restaurants and bars.... more
My mother and I were in Sao Paulo for over a week. This hotel was not too expensive and in a safe area. There were a few gripes - but really nothing that doesn't happen elsewhere. The Golden Tulip Belas Artes was formerly the Della Volpe Hotel. Sorry to say, the indifferent, bureaucratic attitude of the staff continues under the new ownership. The location is great. I stayed at this hotel for four nights on December 2008. Pros: The hotel is clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was pretty good. The hotel provides free unlimited Internet access in all rooms.
