This is such a great hostel. Really good location - right near one of Sao Paulo's main party streets. The staff is super friendly, and the owner is a real gem. It's totally different to every hostel I've stayed in because the bar opens up to public and you get a chance to meet locals too. I've been here twice... More

Sadly we weren't able to stay long due to comments elsewhere, but I would highly recommend LimeTime. Booking the room was fast and easy, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Dorm room prices were less than £9 per night which I found more than reasonable. They also have a bar that is open late, wifi, and a roof terrace... More

I really liked my stay in LimeTime hostel because There is a very good vibe in the hostel. Free caipi at 8 pm and no Internet to socialize people, stand up comedy at the night... Things like that make the hostel a special place. The rooftop is also very nice and its settled in a good neighbourhood. I would recommend... More

Stayed in the Sao Paulo Limetime Hostel in August this year (sorry how long this has taken). We only had a couple of nights in the city and from what we had heard didn't have too high hopes, it was more of a stop over before Rio. However, a couple of nights at the Limetime and we didn't want to... More

This place had a very helpful staff and was kept quite clean. It should be noted that they have the lowest price, at 35 reais, and that this does not include breakfast. They are quite tech-savvy and try to provide enough chargers and wall outlets to allow charging of your devices in your room. They will bug you for a... More

The hostel is nice, has a good localization and a friendly environment. The staff is friendly and attentive. Every night has something to do there: party, show with local bands, and something that I was really surprised was the No wi-fi hour, just for real face to face chat.

this is really a nice place,i can enjoy drinking in the bar after traveling. there was a jazz party during my stay and i enjoyed it so much! also i have made several friends there, just the metro is a little far away from the hostel, but it was really worth staying and the price is very reasonable

I understand people have different tastes but some of the bad reviews here are ridiculous. This hostel is in the best possible LOCATION to experience Vila Madalena.. It is a minutes walk from the heart and it was one of my favourite places i stayed at in my 5 week FIFA world cup holiday. People below are saying it is... More

We stayed here for 1 night in a 8-beds dorm. We did not know that it was a party hostel and therefore were not prepared for the lack of sleep. At night the hostel opens the bar to the public, wich means very loud music until the early hours. Only a good choice for a hostel if you don't care... More

By far the worst hostel I have experienced in my years of travelling. I arrived around mid night with my reservation and having already paid- to be turned away saying there was no room for me- but if I wanted a room I could pay an extra $40 (clearly was a room then...) The staff did not help me at... More

Staying in Pinheiros

Neighborhood Profile
Pinheiros
Exploring Pinheiros, a neighborhood known for cozy restaurants and cafes, you will notice a youthful energy. Several cultural centers and institutes surround the area and even its main church, Calvário, hosts a traditional Brazilian “Festa Junina” - a celebration with traditional music, dance, and food during the months of June and July. On the weekends, residents gather at Benedito Calixto Square, a loud and crowded area where people enjoy live music drinks alongside the antiquities fair.
