“Pretty good business hotel”

“Lovely & friendly family hotel!”

Lovely, family friendly hotel with nice staff, good breakfast & delicious feijoada with life music! Nice swimming pool outside, great space for kids and playground. I would definitely go back & recommend to a friend.

“Still a good and friendly hotel”

I always stay at this hotel in Sao Jose dos campos. Staff is very friendly. They did some renno, but rooms are still same for few years. Location is great, close to shopping and eating areas. Even restaurant food is great. REally a very good hotel overall. Late checkout charges are new and a bit pricy.

“Good value, attentive staff”

There are several hotel choices in Sao Jose, but the Novetel is my choice for great service and a quiet room. Good security at the entrance, convenient to shopping, in a peaceful setting. As others have said, not amazing by US standards but a good hotel compared to many for the price in Sao Jose.
