A pleasant experience. It is not a chic hotel by any means, but it is excellent regarding what it promises. Good service, comfortable bedrooms, tasty breakfast. Good location too, close to the shopping mall. No complaints. Recommended.

It seems that all employees are instructed to get as much money from the guest they can. They are not honest about charges and in the end of your stay they present the bill with no negotiation, as they know that when leaving you're probably ina hurry. Nice hotel lobby, rooms, and excellent service. On arrival we were told that they only had expensive rooms, $R 650.00 ($450.00 dollars) after much negotiation they found two $R250.00 ($160.00) rooms. They were probably worth $160.00 but certainly a hassle to negotiate.

This hotel is comfortable, clean and with new furnitures. The restaurant is not so good.
