Sophisticated hotel with attentive and helpful staff. Services and equipment, food, accommodation, everything well maintained and clean. I believe you should avoid in periods of big conventions to have a more intimate experience. Highly recommended.

Location: great. around 1 mile from the main centre (Capivari); Room: excellent. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff: It's a luxurious hotel but staff is not snobbish and pretentious. On the contrary: they are very simple, helpful, corteous and efficient. Food: all inclusive. delicious with good variety and nice presentation; Price: very expensive, especially in holidays, but worth visiting. Facilities: a... More

This is by no means a backpackers place. It is a little more than you'd like to normally spend on a hotel (for me anyway), but the service is impeccable, the rooms are marvellously clean and modern, and the variety of activities is great (we took a cocktail lesson). I was taking part in a conference, so I didn't get... More

Spacious and beautifull location sumed to an "out of the box" food quality and viarity, puts Grande Hotel at one of the top 3 hotels I had the pleasure to stay in Brazil. Enjoy the best afternoon tea placed in a hotel (ever), outdoor activities and sports, and outstanding meals. The hotel has a very good structure for kids and... More

I've been there with my husband. The rooms are clean, the food is wonderful. The staff is very helpful. It's a little far from downtown, but the place is very beautiful. The rooms have scenic view. The hotel is surrounded by centenary trees. There is a high quality pizzeria (Arte da Pizza) in the property and the pizza is wonderful!

If you are looking for a hotel with great service and outstanding meals ( included in the price), this is the hotel for you. The hotel is very comfortable, although not luxurius. Very relaxing and kids friendly. It is expensive, but you get what you paid for.

I have a holiday apartment near this hotel. In spite of the hotel without good but extremely expensive, disproportionately to their quality, I wish to record that twice in distant dates went to the hotel restaurant lunch and dinner. The first time, we serve a Feijoada, a typical Brazilian dish made with beans and pig parts. It was without any... More

The hotel is of good quality and a hidden landmark of the area. Very basic and with little elements for decorations. It's more lodge style than a luxury palace hotel. The nature with the park around the hotel has the importance. Staff is very friendly and you can feel, that there is a hotel school integrated (behind). They have some... More

This is perfect hotel to visit with children. There are a lot of games to play, a big indoor space and at weekends, monitors look after the children. The restaurant is one the best of Brazil because there is a gastronomic college there. Excellent.

From the moment we drove into the mountainside town of Campos Do Jordao, I knew I would love the stay, and the Grande Hotel did not disappoint. The pristine grounds, the welcoming, accommodating and friendly staff, the updated and modern interior and furnishings, the delicious and abundant food, everything was wonderful! I only wish I could have stayed longer to... More
