This hotel is simply greatly located. It's right on the cloverleaf interchange where Anhanguera road arrives in the town entrance and a few kilometers from Bandeirantes, which is the best road in Brazil. Both of them connect Campinas to São Paulo.
Put simply, this hotel is great if you wish to get in and out very quickly, avoiding the awful Campinas traffic. If I have business in Campinas and São Paulo, I know I can hit the road out of this hotel very quickly. Just ask the car in advance, cause the garage is big.
The hotel is very old, however. So don't expect fancy installations. For me, being the shower good (which it is), I can survive the bad pillows (which they are too). Air conditioning is also very noisy and antique, be prepared.
Unlike modern hotels, this old fashioned installation has breakfast included, and it's a damn huge and good breakfast! This is surely a high point.
