I've stayed at this hotel for a congress. The internet was not working. The safe, broked. The breakfest was very poor. No room cleanning until 11 am! And to complete, they tryied to charge me a fee of 200 bucks for the visit of 2 friends of mine who live in Florianopolis. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.... more

I stayed at this Sofitel 4 nights. The last one was terrible. A noisy guest by my room spent all night talking and watching TV. The walls were so thin that I could hear every sound from the other room. Despite my claims, staff were not able to solve my problem. If you want peace and quiet, I do not... more

Very nice hotel at a very good location. Room is comfortable and beautiful with great view. The price is a little expensive, yet internet cost extra US$12. more

I had a chance to stay at this hotel on Dec 29 for one night. Great location, wonderful rooms (great mattress!) Staff is helpful and multilingual. Just what you can expect from a Sofitel hotel.
