Staff was extremely kind, and overall the hotel offers good value for money. Still, quality of sleep is not the best, rooms being quite small and air conditioning being a bit noisy. The location is very good, within walking distance to the center with all shops and restaurants. There is no gym, but you may have a lovely run instead!

Good hotel in the middle of down town Floripa. Big + for its proximity to the restaurant and ocean front. Decent breakfast and WIFI works well. From the start until the end of the vacation the Service was very Good! The room was big enough, clean and Good wireless! The breakfast buffet with delicios cakes and more was great and enough. The Quality and Preis is Good.

Stayed there two nights in October 2013. Room clean and spacious. Bathroom a bit small, but ok and clean. Only downside: the small windows don't let a lot of sunlight in. Breakfast is average and so is dinner that is only served to the room. But location is awesome. Though some colleagues complained of general service I thought it was ok. I usually make comparisons to Ibis which is international and both are quite similar.

I work a lot traveling, so I'm used to staying regularly on hotels... This was my worst experience so far. The service was awful. They took three full days to not recover a necessaire that I left at the room. They are rude and unpolite. I do not recommend, you can stay in better places in fFlorianópolis.
