Very polite and professional staff. The Hotel has almost evrything you need. Good breakfast and food. I did not used the garage service and can´t evaluate. At the Apartment everything runned well. Check-in and check-out were strait and quick. More

The hotel is fine as most Ibis properties you have know so far. But if you go to Florianopolis try to skip the downtown area since there is nothing really interesting in the region -- well, perhaps the local market, called "mercado".
