This must be the 11th time that I stay at this hotel and I must say it will be the last.

Last time I've been there, there was no water caused by some maintenance in the street. Ok, I can understand that the situation it´s not caused by they, but the problem is that the staff was always telling the guests that the water was about to come back in 15 or 20 minutes. This was clearly not the case, as the water only returned at the end of the next day.

Now (I'm actually at the hotel, writing this review) it has been 2 days without hot water. The staff at the front desk was telling me to open the register and wait for about 10 minutes, can you believe it? Of course, that didn't worked at all and I was forced to take a cold shower early in the morning. I must say... this isn't the most pleasent thing to do during the winter in the south of Brazil, where the temperatures usually goes to 10o.Celsius. more
