Located in the degraded center of Porto Alegre, this hotel as it is smaller, seemed a more intimate option than other bigger ones nearby, but, we did regret the choice. The stay was not good, mainly due to poor attendance (staff not polite) and lack of higiene of the room and other facilities (though our room seemed quite modern). Not... More

I've spent two nights in this hotel, august 17th and 18th, 2007. The hotel is expensive regarding the poor quality of rooms and service. As an example, the wireless internet didn't work, my table for the breakfast was so dirty, no electric plug in the bed room, etc... The reservation was made by a web site specialised in hotel reservation.... More
