Quality breakfast, with about 10 different types of cakes, plus other options. Menu is pricey, rooms are clean, but needs some renovation. It is 300 meters from belvedere Vale dos Quilombos. It takes you about 12 minutes walk to Gramado downtown. Almost in front of the hotel there is a Chocolate store. The hotel sells some Lugano's chocolates and prices... More

Well located in an avenue that leads to Canela. Not so close do city centre, but with easy access to all attractions spots in Gramado and neighboring city of Canela especially if you come by car. The hotel rooms and facilities are very good, especially the indoor heated pool. All environments in the hotel are heated, including the rooms, what... More

This is a very good hotel with a good localization between Gramado and Canela. There are many stores and outlets with good offer of shoes and leather products. Good installations. Breakfast is very good. The best rooms are the ones with the internal view facing the valley.

Room and bed are small, but pillows were new. There is noise from the road all night, so you'd better get a "Vale" room, really. Great breakfast room, though. Not that far from city center. Don't ask them where to go, it's better to trust tripadvisor or foursquare.

The hotel offers great common areas: restaurant, lounge, game room, movie room, toddler playroom, pool, gym... The rooms, however, are small. Went with a 8 month old baby - crib is too small. When asked to sterilize baby stuff (pacifier, bottle, plate, and spoon) they sent me to the kitchen where the lady just washed in cold water. I asked... More

Negative: The hotel is not spectacular, the room is too small, the air conditioning system doesn’t work very well, it turns off in the middle of the night and you start sweting. You can hear people talking in the corridor, and believe me, people are not polite to shut up 2 am in the morning. I woke up 3 times.... More

This morning my wife (a brazilian) asked for a recomendation for a nature hike in the area and the woman responded that she had never heard of such a thing. An hour later we were standing infront of one... More

We stayed at the hotel from the end of July to early August at one of the coldest snaps experienced in the region for some years. The heaters in the rooms did not work nor was the fire lit in the reception, coffee area. The hotel was uncomfortably cold. Breakfasts had good variety but the food in the restaurant in... More

Our family with 4 years old kid stayed 8 nights at this Hotel, now named Laguetto Siena, with mountain view and excellent service, including food at restaurant. The only missing point is the lack of a kids channel on tv.

This is a medium size hotel that belongs to one of the largest French chains. It is well kept and the staff (as most everywhere in Gramado) is courteous and gentle although only a few can speak other language than Portuguese. The rooms facing the valley have a superb view, but those facing the high-way that is in front of... More
