It looks rather old hotel with many rooms refurbished (for Worlds Cup), even so some things are not brand new. Despite that, all worked fine, food was good. The best part of the hotel is the view and the beach. Try to wake up early in the morning the walk in the sand.

This hotel is located between the Parque das Dunas and the beach in Natal. The location is terrific if you like the beach and the ocean. There did not appear to be any recreational facilities on the beach; no volley ball, surfing, wind or kite surfing - just beach. The hotel itself is aging with evidence of water intrusion and... My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Day 1, the cold water went out. The shower was too hot to stand under. The sink only gave out hot water and the toilet wouldn't flush. Reception sent the maid to fix the problem. Day 2, the AC went out......and didn't work all night. It was 90 degrees. We opened... More

I am unsure why this hotel has 4 stars reviews. It's pretty old and run down. If you want comfort, go somewhere else. Our room was unsafe (back doors didn't lock), the next room that was offered had no internet. The table cloth in the dining areas were pretty dirty and the staff couldn't cope with the service. The location... More

I have stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 Nights for an international conference and to be honest, one of the worst hotel I ever stayed. The room condition was terrible, there were LOTS of ANTs and small insects walking around, Room was not clean, probably No maintenance was done since the hotel started it's business, door key... Food The menu was limited, cheese, chicken, ham or an alternative of the three. Every time we ordered anything on the menu, it never looked the same twice. We even ordered the same and it would look different. It would take ages to arrive, if you ordered two meals together you could guarantee one would arrive at least 30 minutes... More

Rooms dirty, with a stench of mold, decadent, difficult access to the rooms, far away from any conveniences ( all must be done by taxi). We got there with our 18 month twins and we were told that there were no available rooms, so we were sent to an even worse hotel to stay one night while they would find... More

I found the room at lower than expected level. the airconditioner was not working, in the morning there was very little water pressure to have a shower and the water was cold. along the day it became better. Breakfast and lunch were quite good and the staff was very kind. In general it looked as if the hotel should have... More

First of all, I would like to say that this hotel was very unsatisfactory. IMIRA HOTEL was a nightmare. On the third day we decided to look for another place to stay because we were very disappointed with the entire experience. Broken slide doors, extremely humid beds, mosquitoes everywhere, flies all over the food, over floating toilet, miscommunication with the... More
