We were there during four nights. The location is very good and the pool area is lovely. But, that's all. The beach and pool services are very bad - nobody asked us if we wanted something to drink. The pools' restaurant is very bad, too : you need to wait a long time to eat and the food tastes terrible.... more

This is an 5* Hotel. Is a seven year old Hotel. I've been a lot of times in Brasil and for me was the worst experience that I had.
