Totally cool hotel. I would always stay in novotel hotels in South America and this one is no exception. Great swimming pool and nice pool side chairts and bar. Our room was air conditioned and not able to openthe windows which was a shame because I like fresh airt., but other than that small fault the whole experince was fab.... more

We had our honeymoon in Natal and stayed at this hotel. Initially we were allocated a standard room but on our second day we told the reception staff we were on our honeymoon. They arranged for us to be transferred to a room with a sea view and placed a complimentary fruit basket in the room for us! The hotel... more
