Based on glowing reviews, and a great internet price, we booked this hotel for 3 nights. Late on the first night, the toilet wouldn't flush. It wasn't clogged, but the float in the tank was stuck and the back wasn't filling with water, so it wouldn't flush. I took the lid off the back of the toilet and it slipped... More

The best hotel of Natal. Very clean. Its is very new and the food is also good. I recommend!!! Other hotels in Natal are old and not so good. The only problem is that it is not adequate for kids. With kids, try another one.

I have been in 4 hotel times at Natal and this was the best one. It is an hotel at 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and 15 minutes from Ponta Negra. It´s an amazing place, however, it lacks some of the services/features tourists might expect. The staff speaks very poor English. The rooms are large but there is not enough free space for to put luggage. There is no currency exchange service at the hotel. The swimming pool is little. The breakfast buffet is splendid!
