The hotel is half a block above (from) Ponta Negra beach and there is an easy walkway close by. The views from the front rooms is great and at night the surf sounds soothing. There are two fair sized pools and the grounds are well kept and nicely done. The rooms are small and crowded with beds, especially when advertising... More

Selecting this hotel during my recent visit to Brazil was a big mistake. We were chaged over 3 times the normal rate because of last minute booking and because of the world cup. Upon arrival we were sent to a filthy, smelly room. Beds were not made and the smell was horrible. I called the recection, but no answer. Walked back... More

I traveled for the world cup, and the experience was amazing very good place to stay. The distance from the airport to the city is huge, but once you are in the hotel it offers to you a very complete and polite service, if you are not a portuguese speaker they understand spanish and english. The ammenities are in perfect... More

They were on a ripoff for the World Cup so maybe different at other times but not a good sign. Had booked a 2 bedroomed suite and got one room. "You have 2 rooms in 1" they claimed. Still charged full price for the 2 rooms. Front desk staff are ignorant and useless apart from one woman. Poor area is... More

This hotel has a few good things and many bad things. We realised when we arrive that we had made a mistake. The staff is friendly but useless. (Not interested at all to serve the host). The so called rooms with "partial ocean view" are just that. You have the ocean view over a lot of old houses and cables... More

I selected this hotel because of the location and that the front desk spoke English. Not sure what I expected but the area is really run down. The buildings in the area are worn and access to the beach is down a side street not as close as you are lead to believe. The front desk barely spoke English. It... More

Stayed here for two very happy weeks. So impressed by the staff who were always friendly, attentive and helpful From the manager , the night porters and right through to the busy gardeners... everyone was always smiling! The hotel buildings and public areas were spotless. The immaculate gardens, superb pool area and our room were maintained excellently and always cleaned... More

During our trip in Brazil, we only choose to stay in pousada, Natal Dunnas was our only hotel and believe me we made a good decision. First of all, people are very nice, our portuguese is awful, but there were always helpful and patient with us. Rooms are nice and clean, especially the ones with the view on the swimming... More

Stayed in the hotel for 4 days.... booked online while I was in Rio and very reasonable price for good quality... Breakfast was included but never tried (woke up too late everyday). I made use of a safe for all my stuff but unfortunately my iPhone Plug (yes a plug: who thinks it can get stolen) was removed from the... More
