I've been in a big holiday in this hostel and I was amazed by the people who work there, the staff, the breakfast and the cozy place. The owners make you feel home and care about you! Besides, the localization is fantastic!

We stayed 2 night, the place was clean and included breakfast. Staff were very helpful when we had issues booking a flight. Only 2 people speak English but were all friend and helP via a translater tool on the computer.

I traveled throughout South America and found that Rio de Janeiro was one of the most expensive cities to visit. Considering that, I stayed at Brazuca's Hostel for one week to see Rio de Janeiro and had a wonderful experience! The hostel is of great value for money and the staff were incredibly helpful during my stay, organizing all kinds... More

This was such a great experience for me. This place is not for the snobby. It's not too fancy, but it's a truly wonderful place to stay. Brazuca's was in the perfect location for a Rio de Janiero vacation. Walk to the beach or walk to the metro station and you can get anywhere you want to be. There were... More

I can definitely recommend Brazuca` s Hostel since I have stayed there twice already. The first time I stayed at their old address during carnival in 2008. Actually I got there, because I left another hostel where the service was less than nothing. At Brazuca` s I felt extremely welcome. I arrived there with another friend. Especially during that season... More

My husband and I stayed here during our 1 week visit to Rio for Carnival 2008. We booked a special carnival package that included dorm beds and free breakfast (consisting of bread, cheese and fresh fruit). The price was severly inflated for what you get BUT it is Carnival and Rio during this time is incredibly pricey. Originally their website... More
