We stayed here for the last 3 nights of our honeymoon. It really was an excellent hotel although it was expensive. Found the staff less flexible.. room was expensive almost as copacabana palace where were staying first but then changed (regrets!!!). For such expensive hotel not even internet was free. Late check out option was granted for one hour as a huge favour.. the rooms could have better lights.. heard about their bar but that was too small too more

Fantastic hotel for a sophisticated traveler. Location on Ipanema could not be better. Stores and great restaurants are within walking distance.
