I think it is a very great hotel, the staff is amazing, very helpful and polite. The room was really big, clean and the bathroom as well. The breakfast is wonderful!!! The location is the best, only 2 squares of the beach, and at the same street you can find anything you want. Gym, drugstore, supermarket, restaurant etc...

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends during the World Cup. The price was amazing given the location of the hotel (two blocks from Copacabana beach) and the facilities, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding, there were lots of options for everyone so we didn't get bored of the bf after a week of stay.... More

If The review was only about the quality of the rooms, staff, and breakfast, I would have gave the hotel 5 badges. The rooms are wide, well equipped with closets, TV, air condition, nice comfortable beds, and a wide bathroom/shower. The location is also perfect, being 1 block away from the Copacabana beach, and 2 blocks from Sequera Campos metro... More

Booked hotel during world cup 14. Impressed for price and location. This was one of the most well priced hotel. Did not have high expectation reading earlier reviews. Were impressed. Service is well managed. Of course you have problem with English all over Rio so was not specific. The hotel provided free lock to safe so did not take any... More

Stayed here for just 1 night after Germany vs France WC game. Pleasantly surprised, hotel is in great location just 2 blocks from Copacabana beach, the breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and room was clean & comfy. They stored our bags during the day and were happy to check in at an rather late odd hour after the game! We... More

Good location, very close to the beach. The room with bathroom for 3 was clean enough. Unfortunately noisy (street downstairs is very busy). Breakfast included and not bad (specially the fruit). The lobby looks good but once you go upstairs it doesn't look that good (old and dirty). It is expensive but apparently all Rio is the same. For a... More

Location is so-so. About 5 minutes from the Copacabana. That`s only my recommending point. One of two Elevators is out of order and, furthermore when I check out, other elevator becomes also broken. It means I'm forced to climb up to 10th floor on foot, and down to the ground floor. They need renovation ASAP before the World Cup in... More

After specifically telling the cleaning staff we did not want our room cleaned we came back to find a man cleaning the room. He was unusually friendly and then quickly left. We checked our valuables and we found that $100 was missing (we deliberately left our cash in the room because we were advised not to walk around Rio with... More

I agree with the reviewer Lee_Pearce, the best thing about the hotel is its location, which is very central and close to the Copacabana Beach. My room was ok, pretty spacious, but old. The air conditioning was very noisy, and the room had an overall smell of humidity and moth. The staff was not attentive most of the time, the... More

this hotel is well located being one block off the Copacabana beach and at the better end of the beach for bars and nightlife, however, there ends the praise. Its expensive for what it is, even by Rio standards, and the 3 star rating is very generous. The air conditioning unit was noisy and even being on an upper floor... More
