Its cheap but there are better places to stay for the same money. Bad bits - Decor is tired and dated. Slow internet and dirty bathrooms. Good bits - friendly staff, large rooms and an OK breakfast. Little tip - Ask to be put on the back of the hotel as the windows do not keep any traffic noise out... More

very helpful staff from the moment we step out of our taxi going to the reception, they take care of our bags. checking in was fast.. as you will pay once you will check out which is really a plus.. no deposits required provided they have your credit card details.. and got the room that we initially requested which is... We stayed twice at Benidorm with a break of 2 nights in between. On the first visit we had a room on the 9th floor facing the rear of the hotel. The room was big, bed comfortable and the WiFi was good. My only complaint would be the air con was very loud. On the second visit we had a... More

Due to a short stay in Rio de Janeiro, I decided to stay in Copacabana. The hotel is well located - 5 minute-wall to Copacabana beach. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very helpful. I recommend this place !

Location: Pretty perfect location 3-4 blocks from Copacabana beach with tons of eating and shopping options within steps from the hotel; walk outside and you're in the beating heart of Rio. Considering the location the price is reasonable bot that doesn't make it cheap. Still, when you compare it to hotels in the area with similar features it's on target... More

This Hotel was really good. It had large spacious rooms with a separate dining area. The Hotel Staff were very obliging and friendly. It was only 2 blocks from Copacabana Beach. Easy walking distance. There is a lovely outdoor area on the rooftop with a gym and swimming pool. Views right around the city. I would highly recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel after World Cup, after spending 7 weeks in Brasil for our flight back to New Zealand. The hotel is well located, just a few blocks from the Copacabana beach, with some nice cafe and supermarkets around the area. All just walking distance. We were upgraded to a higher floor room with a... More

We stayed here during the World Cup. Prices were massively hiked, so I'm not sure on value for money. But it was a decent hotel, location is great - just a few blocks from Copacabana beach. Have to say that the staff are really lovely. We didn't experience the same problems as other reviewers here - everyone spoke English, and... More
