My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 days in this hostel and loved every bit of it. We were picked up from the airport by a taxi arranged by the hostel...great after a long flight. I liked the accommodations okay, the staff and Sta. Theresa quite a bit. During our 1 week stay, various people, staying in different rooms (Orange, Blue, and the one off the sitting area), kept complaining about getting bitten. I bookended my last trip to Brazil with two weeks in Rio. The first half, I stayed on the beach in Ipanema, in typically dumpy and overcrowded hostels there.
