noisy, lazy, filthy would describe the hotel in three words. You want to spoil your holidays? Go ahead, be my guest, take this "hotel"! Loved those bloodstins on the pillows and bedcovers, Noise at 6 in the morning unbearable. Third-world tourist trap would be another jovial title for this "hotel" OMG how bad us Rio ? Close to the beach,... More

the only good thing is the location. Very noisy place. Door-banging neanderthals from all around the p,anet ...just to bother you with their fine education Lol... Still today waiting for the coat hangers that never came.... Elevators a peak....waitt at least 5 minutes to get one or try the stairs that are obstructed by trash...lovely The bedcovers and pillows had... More

Great staff, helpful, welcoming, friendly, polite and outgoing. These guys deserve a rating of 5 they went above and beyond expectations. Located 2 blocks from the beach it was really convenient for me! The tour assistance was phenomenal! Small and comfortable rooms! Great Hotel!

We stayed at this hotel in March it is facing copacabana beach. The breakfast was ok with plenty of choice. It was clean and the staff were helpful with most speaking English. If I were to go to Rio again I would visit this hotel. The pool on the roof is tiny with only 4 sun beds so you have... More

Only stayed for 1 night and was in the hotel for less than 12 hours. It is a little old fashioned and could do with a makeover but it was fine for one night. The staff were friendly, the room was large with a nice bathroom. Wifi was ok, not great. Breakfast wasn't great. There was a good selection of... More

Loved the location close to Copacabana beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby and rooms were decent. The lift can be a little confusing due to a dodgy key card-operated system. But a top base to explore Rio. Breakfast was good too.

It was amazing to be in Rio in the middle of Carnaval 2015 and still be treated with care by the staff! The receptionists were amazingly helpful and the guy at night (Alexandro) was beyond kind helping us to find places and giving us tips about how to get to the Carnaval Sambodromo and more. The staff during the day... More

Customer service at the hotel desk was atrocious I was pushed to the side and there was no communication between me and the receptionist. As I was standing there she dealt with someone else and did not ask me to step to the side or explain why she was dealing with that customer first. When I decided to walk off... More

I loved my stay here because the workers made me feel so welcome. Speaking English, I was a little worried about trying to work things out once I got there, but more than one person spoke several different languages to accommodate people of all nationalities. Very clean and comfortable room. Great amenities with a clean pool and nice workout area.... More

The room was very small, with a single bed and less that a meter around the bed. The ar condicioner was very noisy, but when turned off the noise of the refrigerator and the other air condicioners of other rooms made it impossible to have a nice night. During breakfast my table had some kind of ants, and the reception... More
