We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and the people on front desk couldnt be worst. They are lazy and complitely unhappy with the idea of working. They are rude, the hotel is not clean and copacabana smells. If you are coming to rio, stay at ipanema/leblon area.

Stayed at this hotel for business while in Rio. The location is good, about 3 blocks from Copacabana beach. The rooms are very sparse but functional as with bathrooms. Service was efficient but not friendly. Wifi worked well if there on business Breakfast was included and decent. Overall the hotel was fine, and for the price in Rio I probably... More

Renovated and clean rooms. We were lucky to have a 15th floor room. Service was perfect everyone is nice and ready to help. Breakfast is very good with fresh juices and good food. Swimming pool on top of the building is nice with a cool view on Corcovado.

The hotel is ok, but nothing special. The rooms are ok but a bit tired. The staff ranged from the very helpful to unhelpful to the point of rudeness. The hotel is a couple of blocks back from the beach and there is a small swimming pool on the roof. ok if you are staying in rio for a night... More

Thats a good location hotel, small, staff not so good, overpriced , a basic hotel, the only good thing is that near to the beach. I dont know how the prices in Rio are so expensive, and the rates in this hotel, for the service and instalations are ridiculous.

This hotel is VERY overpriced. Looks like their last renovation was in 1970. Everything is in very bad condition. Aircondition was not working very good. Sound isolation not very good. Rooftop pool was very small and not clean. Staff went inside our room even though we had do not disturb sign on. The area is very boring. There is nothing... More

basic, noisey & average would be the best words to describe this hotel. My room was located at the front of the hotel which is on a very busy main road, heavy traffic & car horns heard from early morning! Rooms were a little dated & quite dark. Breakfast was good, nice selection of pastries & scrambled Egg & bacon... More

Hotel has a nice location... very close to metro station and about 500 m from the beach. Breakfast is pretty reach, as they offer also exotic fruits like fresh papaya, pineapple and mango. Coffee could be much better. In a restaurant waiters could smile and greet guests when they enter the restaurant. Rooms are ok - i had a problem... More

The location of the hotel is great and the facility is quite nice! One of the hotel staff, Simone, took the time to answer our questions and explain hotel policies in detail. She had a pleasant demeanor and was especially helpful in accommodating our specific needs.

Visited first time in June and had no problems. Staff was courteous and accommodating. The lobby is really welcoming and secure. Free wifi, free breakfast and they'll happily give you towels to go to the beach. Breakfast was a nice continental spread, with other choices such as cereal, fresh fruit, cheese, veggies, juice and coffee. Servers are on hand so... More
