The best thing about this hotel is the location: walking distance from Copacabana. You can also enjoy a great view on Christ The Redeemer from the room. Biggest issue is the noise in the room. You can hear water flowing in the pipes when other residents are having shower or when they flush! The lifts are extra super slow. The... More

We stayed here for 4 nights before the World Cup. It's a decent hotel, nothing fancy, in a fairly good location. The Copacabana Beach was within a walking distance and Ipanema a short taxi ride (or 1/2 h walk). Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a deluxe room which had a massive bathroom and a sauna (which we did not... More

Stayed here for two nights. The location is great and just a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed but the rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy owing to their proximity to the street. A friend who's room was located at the back of the hotel advised it was quiet... More

Dear Guest, First of all thank you very much for choosing Mirador and thank you again for your opinion. It is very good to know that you enjoyed our hotel and our staff . We stayed here in a 3-bedroom acco and would say that this is a pretty decent lodging close to the Copacabana Beach. The front desk is helpful and breakfast was ok for the prices. We had our private vehicle and parking was not a problem here at all. The pool was very small and not really worth use. Overall we... More

I Have been here from the 29 of december to the 6 of january, the hotel Is in a very good position, in 5 minutes walking it's possible to reach copacabana beach and nearby there is the subway. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, horrible room service. Good wifi. Now the main point, reception departement, really unpolite, also... More

I visited this hotel in december 2014. For the high price, I thought it was a very nice hotel to stay, couldn't be more mistaken. Don't get me wrong, it isn't the worst place on earth to be, but it is too expensive for what offers. Bedroom, breakfast and reception are mediocre. On the downside, there is no human feeling... Good location because its on walking distance (5 min) to the famous beach Copacabana, and just 2 minutes from the city metro line which could brings you downtown in about 20 minutes. My room was very small, bathroom ok, but central air condition was very noisy. My room had no balcony, just a window with amasing view to a one... More

My partner and I stayed here as part of a Peregrine Tour. It is a middle of the road hotel - quite comfortable and no real complaints except I could not get wifi to work on my iphone. Only hotel in whole trip I had that problem. Breakfast included a good selection to choose from. The location is good and... More

I stayed here as part of an intrepid/peregrine tour, the rooms were quite old and dated. Bathroom ok. One morning I went downstairs to have breakfast and the room attendant was in my room at 7.30 -8am with the TV on, I asked him to leave which he didn't, eventually I got him out of my room, so I could...
