Stop over before flight. Nice, friendly. Pretty pricey for a wee whiskey or vodka but nice enough. Food is good too. Each floor is nicely layer out. Rooms are clean. Could have done with a wee chocy bar in the fridge but a pleasant stay.

The hotel was located in a good area. It takes only two minutes to go to the metro station. The room was very nice and clean. The housekeeping were very friendly. The stuff also were friendly and nice. The breakfast was excellent. Also you can have free WiFi in the room and lobby I had a pleasant stay

Close to all that matters in downtown, historic places, financial district and shopping are within walking distance. One block away from metro station that allows easy access to Copacabana and Ipanema if you are heading to the beach. Common areas are in very good condition but rooms look definitely old despite big for the usual standard of other Windsor hotels.... More

This hotel is situated in the center of Rio de Janeiro, avenida Presidente Vargas, NOT in the Zona Sul (Copacabana & Ipanema). We chose this hotel in the center on purpose because the prices rise immersely for the New Year and Carnaval and the hotels near the beaches were all sold out. It was a SMART choice for the New... This hotel is located right in the centre of the city, ideal for business travel. Rooms are ok although very old fashioned and breakfast is quite good. Good service as well. The area is not so nice, very dark at nights and not very safe to walk around. The metro is 3 blocks away which comes very handed although at... More

This hotel is just down a few blocks from our office. It is very comfortable inside and the staff are all excellent and helpful. Please learn the Portuguese word for "thank you" because you feel like saying it all the time. I have done a fair amount of foreign travel and this hotel is one of the very best. I... More

Was due to stay 1 night but ended up staying for 6 due to work complications. Room was large and comfortable with good size bathroom, housekeeping was very thorough and usually at the same time each day. Lunch and dinner was buffet style with a good selection, I must admit that by the time I left I had tried most... More

Hotel is nice, clean and great hot shower. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Front desk was accommodating. Luciano and David were terrific help as bellman and also with getting around town. Small pool on top floor with nice views. Good spot for evening drink. Breakfast was good and coffee service excellent. Lots of choices. I cannot say the same... More

About the wifi, is little slow, the rooms are spacious, clean and with good furniture. The pool is not big as we can imagine with the photo. The relation quality/price is good. Ok hotel, small and cold pool, small yellow-orange rooms, fast internet, but poor coverage in the room, pretty noisy, bad neighborhood, nice staff, boring buffet dinner.... Order your meal at the rooftop pool. All in all an average hotel, fast internet (when you get a signal). If you are on business and just looking for a place to stay this... More
