I would say this hotel had a lot of Good things to offer with some opportunities listed below Pros, Friendly staff very accommodating. They can arrange transportation to the airport. Great location between Ipanema and Leblon. A block away from the beach. The hotel can provide beach umbrellas and towels. Also, close to a lot of nice restaurants, boutiques and... More

The location is great: a block away from Ipanema beach and a couple blocks (other direction) from stores. The hotel rooms look like they were recently re-done (maybe around World Cup 2014?) and are stylish and comfortable. Caution is advised about rooms on lower floors --- I was first booked into a room on the 7th floor, which had a... More

Ipanema and Leblon are famous for old, overpriced hotels. Tourists would be better off staying at Copacabana where the hotels are much better value. But I have to stay in Leblon for business as I like to walk to the office. The Everest is in a great location, only one block from the beach and close to many restaurants. The... More

Brilliant location - just round the corner from Ipanema beach. The hotel has staff on the beach to give you a sun-lounger which is nice. It was easy to walk to Ipanema and Copacabana and there were good restaurants nearby. My room was very comfortable and cleaned beautifully every day. A bit dated - especially the bathroom - but it... The location of the hotel is great. It is just one Block from Ipanema Beach, and it is not far to walk to Leblon or the shopping area in Ipanema. Copacabana is just at short bus or taxi ride away. The service at the hotel was good. They helped us with restaurant booking, airport transportation and so on. The rooms... More

Very well located, only one block from the beach in Ipanema. The top floor where the restaurant is located has this wonderful view! You can actually see the ocean and the Lagoon. Bedrooms are fine, you should choose the renovated ones. Prices may not be so attractive, but considering that Rio is such an expensive city nowadays and that Ipanema... More

The hotel is on a great location directly next to Ipanema Beach. Booked a city tour via the hotel that was great as well. The rooms are not that big, but clean what matters most. Breakfast is ok. Service is ok. Wifi in the room is ok. All in all not too spectacular except for the location.

Well I've been to Rio a few times now and have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. I love the area, the staff and if you get an upgraded room with the laminate flooring and great bathroom then you will be satisfied. The breakfast is great with a wide selection. The view from the rooftop is incredible, love having... More

But can deal with a pretty good accommodation in the heart of Ipanema (situated right behind the Ceazar Park Hotel. Manager Ailton is a fabulously funny guy and there is a previous juice bar named Polis Sucos around the corner. Polis Sucos is one of the world promoters of the Açai frosty - and they deliver right to your room.... More
