I have just returned from my 1st stay with the Windsor Leme and was certainly not disappointed. Where to start? Flavio on reception was very helpful, as were all the staff. He very kindly offered us a late check out at no extra charge - much appreciated. Cristos in the resteraunt could not have been more attentive at breakfast if... More

We went for business and stayed in a room in front of the sea (#505). The view was magnificent, there are no words to describe it. It was our third time in Rio, and definitely the best. The hotel is being rebuilt, but for us there was no impact, different from what we read in other reviews here. We were... More

I stayed here with a friend and her son and the location is just across the street from post 1 on Copacabana. Walk across the street - beach! The service is excellent, great breakfast, nice rooms. Speak excellent English and accommodating with check out times. You are on the far end of Copacabana which gives you les beach traffic but... More

In Rio for a meeting. This hotel is right on the water in Copacabana. It is near the end, opposite Ipanema (East), so it is a little less of a bustle, but still with easy access to the area. ATM machine is around the corner, beach and running/biking lane is across the street. The room was clean and well kept.... More

Only stayed here because flight was delayed 12 hours, so airline stashed us here for the night! Not bad at all! Was in Rio for 10 days for World Cup and stayed at another hotel in Copacabana but would've loved to have stayed here instead. Located in a quieter part of town and away from all the Fifa Fan fest... We stayed at this hotel one night only while we waited to rejoin our cruise ship. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff very polite and helpful. We asked for a room with a view to the Ocean and had gorgeous views to the Copacabana beach. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms, however, I did... More

Very friendly and professional staff who all speak good or very good English. The rooms are excellent with A/C, fast enough WiFi even for Skype video calls. The new restaurant is very clean and well maintained with linen table clothes and waiting on staff who enjoy their job. It is a hotel I frequent and would like to see some... More

We (a conference husband, a pregnant wife and a 1 year old baby) have a nice room at 5th floor with a ok-size for a family and a great view of Copacabana. That's about it for the good stuff at the hotel! Oh yeah, the breakfast is ok. The wifi works well....when it wants to...it disconnects frequentley. For our friend... More

We stayed in the Windsor Leme over Easter as an English family visiting Rio. The hotel's proximity to Copacabana beach is excellent. During our stay the breakfast selection was one of the best i've seen; very extensive and nicely prepared. Food like scrambled eggs were freshly cooked and not blitzed into oblivion like many hotels i stayed in. Our room... More
