There are a few rare hotels in a medium price bracket offering a balcony with such fabulous views of copacabana beach. This hotel is terrible! The room was $125 + tax when we booked in Feb 08. Not expensive admittedly but not bargain basement either. The reception and foyer are tatty, expecially the lifts. This hotel really needs a renovation, but until this happens it is also one of the best deals you could find in Copacabana! We have stayed twice in one of their ocean-front suites.
