The apartments have enough space: bedroom, bathroom, a small living room and a kitchen. This makes this hotel a comfortable option if you are in town for a longer period of time. The hotel is clean and staff is nice. Don't expect much from the buffet breakfast. The location is central, but there's not much to do on walking distance. More

The hotel is tucked away down side street but the area seems pretty safe by Rio's standards. The rooms were excellent as was the buffet breakfast. Guests have access to a gym, spa and swimming pool. The only downside to our visit was the slow service and substandard food when we decided to take lunch in the hotel restaurant. More

This is not really a hotel.. People actually live here with babies, dogs and maids. The apartment itself was ok and spacious. 2 AC's, 2 TV's, Small Balcony. But when you looked out of the at the balconies of other guests (er.. residents) you see chairs, clothes hanged to dry. I only staid one night. It has a good location... More

no adaptors available for foreigners to be able to work, room service take very long if it arrives at all. Quality of food can be improved! Reception staff are no well informed about general information in Rio, they have not shown any initiative or interest to support customers. I was in the tower 2, the room can become very loud... As other reviewers have said, this hotel is in a great location in the middle of Botafogo. It isn't the most touristic place, but gives you a sense of real, middle-class life in Rio, with passers-by, buses, noise and a friendly selection of neighborhood stores, banks, baker shops etc. It is also close to most important touristic places in Rio... Have that image of friendly, smiling people willing to help, well scrap that out of your mind. Brazil is dangerous, expensive, pricey and the service is awful. If you are willing to go on an lifetime adventure it's the place for you (so is jail...) This hotel is at at a good location if you are going for WORK, and... More

A great reservation manager, supportive. It has all that is required for a family to stay. Microwave, Dishwasher, utensils to cook, 24h free internet, swimming pool, sauna. A small botafogo beach is near by and its near to Cosme Velho from where you get trem to go up to Christ the Redeemer mountain. More

After stay week after week in Rio for work, trying a different hotel each week, I must say that this is one of the nest in the city. It is worth the additional money. It is located midway between the city center and social areas. The location is a short taxi from anything in the Zona Sul area. In walking... More
