The place is special and a real gem in Rio. Santa Teresa is in general an urban oasis and this boutique pousada in particular. At times you are inclined to just stay the entire day on the terrace and enjoy the tranquility. Noteworthy in particular was the excellent service - always helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Very nice place, in the cool barrio of Santa Teresa, in the middle on the vegetation, clean rooms , good breakfast and very nice and gentle employees. Service was excellent and reliable. Could be cheaper but very difficult in Rio... definitely coming back! Alessandro

Staff very nice & helpful. Location very convenient in Santa Teresa. Our room (# 8) was rather small and dark but nicely decorated. Very nice small breakfast in the woods amidst the city, including some monkeys that were attracted with bananas.

Friendly clean well serviced stylish guesthouse in a great part of Rio. Away from the beaches this area offers something different. Great bars restaurants and friendly atmosphere.
