“Pricey, but worth the experience”

The hotel is a beautifully renovated coffee plantation house. I loved the historic details inside like the brick walls and wooden staircase, and the hardwood floors and old fashioned windows in the room. A fabulous hotel of absolute luxury. Beautiful views over Rio from the pool bar, very romantic. Fantastic rooms - we were upgraded to a suite and it was lovely. Extremely helpful staff. Great location for the buzz of Santa Teresa. Wonderful.

“Inspiring, relaxed chic”

Having stayed down on the main beaches before this was a wonderful find with its colonial arty blend and a view across Rio that you could spend hours looking out at.
