Casa amarelo is a quiet and nice place in Santa teresa. Rooms are Nice and well decorated you feel free and independant. Dont expect though services as in à regular hôtel . Booking of taxis may be a problem.

We had a lovely stay in Casa Amarelo. Extremely friendly and accommodating. It was 3 of us, my husband and I and are daughter who just turned 4. We would definitely recommend and come back next time we stay in Rio. Beautiful place with beautiful views. Love it!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The location is also very nice,and close to lapa, although a little far from Copacabana and Ipanema.
