My new husband and I were in Rio on our honeymoon and wish we had booked more nights at Rio 180. Our room was pure luxury, we staying in the Ipanema room with the hot tub and direct access to the pool and panoramic view or Rio, unbelievable. The staff were so nice and down to earth, really fun people... More

Lovely guesthouse in Santa Teresa district, perfect for quiet romantic weekend. Great service, lovely view of Sugar Loaf and Christ statue. Water pressure was a problem at times, with shower going from scorching hot to freezing, but otherwise very nice.

An extremely well located abode. Great views and a cozy environment. A good spot to be in the city....yet away from it. The staff are amazing and very courteous, friendly and helpful. The services are abundant at a short call. Definitely a go !!

For 440 real a night I just expected far more. The room I had was really unhealthy, I had to sleep with the door open. Aircirculation didn't work I think. Hot water was very lame. Breakfast was the only thing worthy for staying there.

Overall nice hotel, the room was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfy on the big bed and lovely pillows. However, there was only lukewarm water in the shower and the hairdryer plug didn't fit in the wall (nor fit into my adapter). I also arranged a... More

This hotel was awesome. The staff are extremely helpful (particularly Diego and Rose), the rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious and the views are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is especially nice as it removes you from the hustle and bustle of Rio.

The view was wonderful, and the hotel is well located. The staff is very nice and organized visit by taxi for me. But ... The hotel is located under an "airplane highway" going to land in Santos Dumont airport and there are barking dogs around. IT is a little old, and is being refurbished at the moment.
