Overall nice hotel, the room was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfy on the big bed and lovely pillows. However, there was only lukewarm water in the shower and the hairdryer plug didn't fit in the wall (nor fit into my adapter). I also arranged a... More

This hotel was awesome. The staff are extremely helpful (particularly Diego and Rose), the rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious and the views are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is especially nice as it removes you from the hustle and bustle of Rio.

The view was wonderful, and the hotel is well located. The staff is very nice and organized visit by taxi for me. But ... The hotel is located under an "airplane highway" going to land in Santos Dumont airport and there are barking dogs around. IT is a little old, and is being refurbished at the moment.

You can't believe about the view you have, but rooms are at the average and the thing is the location. Almost into the middle of the slum, which despite it's pacified give you a little worry getting in and out of the hotel. Sometimes the front desk take you a little long awaiting into the street before to let you... More

Many who have review this hotel mention how it is located a little to far away from where all the things happen. That is partly right. If you want to be able to walk down to one of the famous beaches in Rio you shouldnt stay here, but apart from that it is a pretty good location close to many... More

Where to start? We arrived at the hotel late at night by taxi. The hotel was located in a remote area of Rio. When we got in, there was no one at the reception desk. My friend had to go upstairs to the restaurant to let them know we had arrived. The French girl who greeted us apologised and was... More

After a two-week intense travelling in Brazil, we have decided to find a relaxing hotel for our last night. Rio 180° Boutique was a perfect choice. It is a down-to-earth hotel that boasts great service and breathtaking view throughout Rio (sugarloaf, Christ etc). Located in the charming area of Santa Teresa, it is close to many touristic spots (Lapa, Cristo,... More

Through word of mouth advertising I booked this hotel for its view. The view was indeed breathtaking and well worth it! I spent one week in Rio 180 then went to Buzios where I found average service, average rooms for a higher price and decided to return to this hotel for another few days. Breakfasts were excellent and service was... More
