Provence Inn is located in a farm in the hills of Rio de Janeiro,in the imperial city of Petrópolis. The farm is specialized in cultivating culinary herbs and is in business for more than 40 years, The cottages are surounded by raised beds with more than 20 different kind of herbs. There you will also find a restaurant specialized in cooking with herbs, The restaurant is open to our guests and every Saturday, for lunch, also to non guests. Nine cottages are available, some with fire- places, All are very confortable and nicely decorated. The place is surounded by about 250 acres of woods and you will be able to walk around and to take pictures of dozens of different Brazilian birds and butterflys.
