Overall, great place! A little far from town if you don't have a car, but you can use their bikes, get taxis, or walk for about 15-20 mins. A little inconvenient if you do not have a car, but worth the $ as the places we looked at in town were small rooms and not much space for the same... more

We were there with my family of four plus my mother for a 3-night stay and loved it. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, provided useful info as to places (beaches, restaurant) to go to in the area, would order food for us at the local delivery places and really go out of their ways to attend our needs.... more

It's not easy to chose where to stay in Paraty. Most people opt to be right in the historic center, which is crowded and noisy though.
