Like other travellers wrote, this island is wild and beautiful. The only car on the island belongs to the police, and there are just a few streets, it's not a fashion and comercial place like Buzios, its a hideway, it's great if you want to get away from it all. I had read reviews on other sites before choosing this pousada and was a little disappointed when we saw our room. It was very basic, but surprising quiet at night. Didn't think the place had much atmosphere, it provides free internet access but this wasn't working while we were there..not really a problem as plenty of internet places in the... more
