A couple of "do it your-selfers" on the quest for a rental property where we can feel at home. We found ourselves in a foreign country with a house too far from town and unkept. A recommendation from a local saved our trip! This hotel and it’s owner, Neusa, greeted us with hospitable charm. Bossa Nova playing in the background, drinks waiting at the bar after a long day of travel and disappointment with our original rental property. Upon arrival they treated as if we were family, we found ourselves falling in love with the staff and the above and beyond service! We mentioned how much we loved the music and found ourselves with 5 burned CD hand made by the owner herself! The staff went out of their way to ensure that we hooked up with the most reputable tourist attractions and the bartender was always ready with a new drink sample. A fantastic complementary hearty breakfast awaited us every morning. Hands down the highlight of the trip! more
