Heading north towards Jackson and Yellowstone, we choose the Lazy B because of the nice reviews. After 400 miles on our motorcycles that day and after 2 nights of tent camping, we were ready for a hot shower and a real bed. Diane kindly gave us a small history of Afton. It is evident she reinvests her motel earnings back... More

Incredibly well maintained hotel. Would definitely stY here again. Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful pool. The owner does a wonderful job of taking care of the place and investing in it. Updated and cozy.

Nice, little old fashioned stop. Clean and comfortable room. Great having laundry facilities right there. A little bit of a walk to eating places, but worth the walk. Owner has dogs which were a fairly early alarm clock. Enjoyed our visit in the town.

Newly remodeled rooms with everything you need. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave, free WIFI, and cable tv. Walking distance to everything in town. Clean and comfortable stay. Pet friendly also. Will stay there again when in the area.

My husband and I were coming off a backpacking trip in Grand Teton, on our way to southern Idaho/northern Utah for more adventures and the Lazy B was the perfect spot for stopping off for a night. The owner was very nice on the phone when making the reservations, but seemed a little less than friendly when we showed up.... More

We needed a room for a quick stop before heading to Jackson, so we chose this motel. The motel itself is kind of old, but everything was impeccable clean and for that price, I give the 5 starst. We could do our laundry and the bed were very comfortable. Diane helped us out with all our questions.

If you are looking for a luxurious hotel, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a basic, clean and quiet roadside motel between Salt Lake and Yellowstone, than it would be good for an overnight stop. It is an older property, but has new rugs, baths, and it looked like new mattresses. The manager,... More

My husband and I recently stayed here because we ran the Star Valley Half Marathon June 12th of 2014 This was a cute and comfortable place to stay, I have nothing to complain about! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms were perfectly clean and quiet! It is a small town surounded by beautiful mountains and It... More

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff the morning I was departing. Rooms are cheaply done. If you stay, don't forget to bring your reading glasses so you can read all the memos plastered all over the room. And make sure you bring toiletries cause there certainly aren't any in the room. I would definitely drive a little... More

First of all Christin B was not a registered guest here. We noticed a woman come out of a room that was rented by a company that paid for one person in the room. She was called by telephone in the room and asked (not in a rude way) if she would be staying again, and since the room was... More

A nice place to stay.Far enough away from Jackson to be quiet. Clean and well-equiped. Strange to have the desk clerk behind a bank teller-like window. Watch out for loose dogs running around if you are walking your own pets. Plan on driving for dinner. Even the local Pizza Hut doesn't deliver. Paid $87 including tax which I think it... More
