My parnter and I visited three areas of Brazil and this was the best hotel we had on our trip. The rooms were lovely and clean, the bed very big and the staff very helpful. Apart from visiting Cataratas (Iguassu Falls) there's not really much to do in Iguassu and we ended up eating in the restaurant at the hotel.... more

The hotel is located relatively well: Cataratas shopping in walking area (15 minutes walk); and the regular bus to Ciudad del Este in Paraguay leaves right in front of the hotel. The room was nice and large; just the bathroom was extremely old-fashioned, dark and hygiene in some areas not great. Excellent breakfast great with many options. Nice pool and... more

Apparently a good hotel. Near to the main (shopping) strret, clean , good breakfast,a nice pool and a good bar. But... we can't sleep there. The air conditioner made a noise I never heared again. I was to the lobby I tell them about my problem, they send a specialist and surprise. It's a normal sound for the A.C. and... more

This is a 3.5 stars hotel. The bathroom needs some improvement, but the room itself is large and almost everything went fine during my stay (four days). My only complaint is with regard to the absence of the safe in the room when I arrived. I had to complain twice in the same day to get it re-installed. The breakfast... more

The most expensive hotel we stayed at in our three months holiday and possibly the most disappointing, luckily we only had to stay two nights. The hotel is in the central of the town, but there are no restaurants nearby (you dont want to walk around at night and during the day it was 43 degrees), no bars and no... more

I believe that this is the best located hotel at the Foz. . .it is downtown. . . a round structure . . .just like the old Holiday Inn's al la Tampa or Austin. It is also very clean and comfortable and convenient to everything . . including Paraguay. . .and the Foz and the border to Argentina. Wonderful food... more

My family and I stayed here for four nights sharing 2 connecting rooms (1 with a king-size bed and 1 with 2 double beds). Check-in was seamless with the English-speaking front desk staff able to process everything in under 5 minutes. We received a free welcome drink for each adult, which was a nice gesture. We were given rooms 1311... more

Online, this hotel is listed as a 4 and sometimes a 5 star hotel. By American standards, it's not as good as a Sheraton, Marriot, or Hilton, which are 4 star hotels here. The rooms are a good size, but the lighting is dim, there are no washcloths or rags available, so you will need to bring your own washcloth,... more

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting the waterfalls. The hotel is wonderful. The rooms were clean, the beds were huge and comfortable. We were on the tenth floor ,with city views. We dined in the hotel ,on the top floor (18th) again with views over the city. The meals were of a very high standard as was the wine selection and... more
