Had a great time at this hostel paradise. Dorm accommodation was only $10/night. The swimming pool was very relaxing and refreshing. The place is owned by Americans and feels very homey and down-to-earth. Especially memorable was the garden. Highly recommended. more

Great place to stay. Bambu is close to the city's nightlife which is great as other hostels are more out of the way. Our hosts Diogo and Cris made some wicked cocktails for us while we lazed around the pool. The hostel can organise guides for you when going up to the falls which made it a stress free part... more

We had the most wonderful few days at this hostel. Great facilities - very clean, swimming pool, fantastic kitchen facilities, internet, BBQ. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help us out in any way. Would highly recommend this place to everyone! more
