Went to Foz 3 years ago and stayed here for a week. It was an excellent choice. This is rated as a 4**** hotel in Brazil and South America, but be careful if you're coming from Europe. Stars are different there. :) In Europe this would be a 3*** hotel, but great nevertheless. The food and service were very good... More

I recently stayed at the Rafain Palace Hotel and Convention and while the hotel staff were both friendly and helpful, I am sure there are far better options in Foz do Iguacu. The hotel lobby is clean and inviting with ample seating. There are two main pools, a hot tub and a bar in the pool area with pool chairs... More

The hotel provides several nice facilities (sauna, external pool, games room, kids entertainment) and confortable rooms. The furniture and floor tiles look a bit old-fashioned, from the early nineties. There were no ac power plugs on my room, I had to disconnect the tv whenever computer and mobile phone had to be charged. Breakfast is fine, services as well. Wifi... More

Thank you for your comment. We are innovating our hotel very soon. I'm sorry for the hot water, so we’re checking. The most of our apartments are renovated, so ther are with 03 power plugs available. In the not renewed rooms, there are two plugs, and the reception can lend adapters, when necessary. With reference to our location, we are... More

Very helpful staff with awesome 24hrs. room service. It is possible to reach everywhere in the city including all the famous interest points in Foz do Iguaçú, Puerto Iguazú and Ciudad del Leste thru the travel service service desk in the main lobby. Modern, clean, quiet rooms with free wi-fi which kept me connected with good bandwidth/speed for all three... More

This newly built hotel is absolutely soul-less. Food is dreadful - either mass buffets (mostly luke warm) or one small bar meals with only fried food and no vegetarian options; beer but no wines. Televisions blare out on inappropriate programmes to fill the lack of atmosphere and guests - I do not want to watch wrestling at any time, let... More

Dear Sir, Thank you about your comments, I´ll check about the warm buffet, this situation cannot happen. About the mini bar, we have cereal bar, and the wines, we have very special menu that you can order at the room service. Could you please give us a suggestion about vegetarian options at the mini bar? About the channels (tv) we... More

The hotel itself is nice, though far from the city center (though we knew this - it was for a conference), and the restaurant was good. The pool area was very nice too. However, our room - room 342 - was dark (because of trees obscuring the window/balcony) and in particular it was very musty - smelt of damp and... More

Was there for a seminar and used the weekend with my family. Really appreciated it. The rooms are very clean and clear. Very good air conditioner and a big bed (king size). Was big enough to get a small bed for my daughter as well. Common places, swimming pool are very comfortable with a nice bar service in the surroundings.... More

This is a very traditional hotel in Foz do Iguaçu. They have a very famous New Year's Eve. I cannot say this is a complete resort, although they have decent pools, a Jacuzzi, one tennis court, a small kid's place and a backyard. Renovated rooms are good, but quite small; the old ones people say are not nice. Food is... More

The only 'resort' aspect is the 2 pools, no spa. Very small rooms but that is not unusual in Brazil - at least we had a queen bed rather than 2 singles! Our room was neat and clean. When some fellow travelers complained about cleanliness and odors, they were quickly moved to a room in the newer section. Restaurant was... More

It is a resort if you count 2 pools and a not working well hot tub and tennis court as a resort. Half the rooms are very small and look like a low rate motel. Others are larger.
